Sure, with PMPro's Measure Tool you can create your own custom charts.
I think the only limitation is 25,000 patches (could be wrong on that
but that's what I recall).
If you want to use a more-or-less "standard" chart, you could fashion
one from the X-Rite/Monaco 2989 patch target . It works pretty well
and can be formatted to fit on a single page.
The EASY way to do this is to simply download the (free) X-Rite
ColorPort application and use the presets they already have for the
2989 patch chart and the DTP70. Measure it in ColorPort, save as a
ProfileMaker 5.0 measurement data file and import this into PMPro.
Couldn't be simpler.
