Come to think of it, the best compromise would be for X-Rite to insert a
note in the package of the chart giving the download link for
ProfileMakerPro, so anyone who purchase the chart for any kinds of use
outside the usual apps that do supply implicitely of explicitely the
measurements of the chart, could run the installer and access the chart data
freely. How's that for stupid method of distribution?
Mind you, there are no measurements bundled with the 24 patches ColorChecker
either. Only the DC came with the data on CD (CD, DC, curious play of words?
-- never mind...).
