What exactly does it mean to "lose 20% of your levels"? Smaller
gamut? Banding? What are the real-world implications of "losing
levels"? Can you elaborate more on the relationship between the tone-
response curve in an RGB colorspace and the tone-response curve on
the monitor?
How does the graphics card "steal" levels? Does this happen on
monitors with their own internal card and LUT, like Eizos?
