You decided to "keep CMYK numbers" in InDesign's Color Settings -- and
actually this is a synonym for "ignore CMYK profiles".
With this setting, InDesign treats every CMYK image as if it were
already in the CMYK working space to avoid CMYK->CMYK transformations
which would bang up pure blacks and primaries. The drawbacks are
possible color shifts, inconsistent separations and the risk to exceed
the intended total ink limit.
