Why does Apple have to make their system so different from other systems?
What is asked is not to put the real xmkmf on life support, but to make a dummy
one that works with the STANDARD configure script. If this is not a genuine
bug fix request, what is it?

The 'net used to be run by smart people; now many sites are run by
idiots. So SAD... (Sites that do spam filtering on mails sent to the
