Right. With -rv (or without any [-+]rv) you get the fg and bg
colors specified on the command line; with +rv they are swapped.
Expected behavior is that -rv swaps the fg and bg and +rv doesn't,
i.e. the opposite of what actually happens.
(And my friend acked the official bug report, so hopefully it won't
b e lost.)

I haven't actually tested this (well, I did but I was short on sleep
and rather confused at the time so I don't trust it). Will check it
with 2.3.1 when I get to work, as I'm a bit short on time this morning.
