Did you add the actual project itself to the repository? I don't know
if the fact that it's a folder will affect anything, but I personally
have not had a problem with CVS in Project Builder's last version nor
any version of XCode.
You're not the only one I've heard has problems, but I have to think
there is just something you're forgetting to do. Is there a CVS folder
inside the project (.xcode or .pbproj) bundle/folder?
