Xcode 2.1 is available to ADC Online members and above, but to get an
ADC Online account you have to click-through the NDA. At the top of
the download page you get a big friendly warning that if you talk
about pre-release software legal will roast your gonads.
So is Xcode 2.1 under NDA? When are things not under NDA? Is it to be
inferred arbitrarily from their version numbers?
I still can't tell whether you mean 2.2 is generally available or only
to seed key holders.
