OK - I looked and indeed it is there but it isn't running. If I type "git status" I get "command not found." Likewise running the commands from the error in my OP yield the same response. I have no repositories listed in my organizer. Whether git is installed or not, shouldn't I be able to completely turn off SCM in my project?
