I will have a look at it later - I have to do a little bit of daily
work now :-(
I think, we should work with TIFF files in the first place.
Just to be shure, that we are not running into another problem.
It is a little bit like sourcecode debugging - one step after the
other ;-)

are you sure with _relative_ an perceptual?
_saturation_ and perceptual should be identical with ISO Web

I'm sure. Clemens' script didn't offer saturation as an option!
Here is an image that I've shot especially for this test:
nice shot, BTW. May I add it to my personal collection of test images?

Ideal for CMYK :-)
LOL!
Here are the results -- p, r, a = perceptual, relative, absolute

Perceptual and relative are identical.
indeed, they are.
This reminds me of another bug that I reported back in 2005 and
was supposed to have been fixed in Leopard - looks like it was
fixed for CMYK jpegs created by Adobe Photoshop but not for CMYK
jpegs created by the OS :(
yes, there seems to be another bug -- or did you mean /inverted/
instead of /converted/ ;-) ?
