Hi Randy/Edmund,
I'm comparing an "old" eye-one from 2005 and a Eye-One Isis very new. I
also have a Kodak Q-14 chart I measured with another eye-one and I get
the same 4 delta-e difference between my eye-one and the other eye-one
in the cyan and magenta patches, the patches where I found the biggest
difference between the Isis and the eye-one pro. As the Isis is a new
equipment and I have the same differences in the Q-14 chart, I suspect
(and hope) the problem is in the old eye-one pro. I'll borrow another
eye-one pro to confirm the problem is in the old eye-one.
Both equipments passed in all diagnostic tests, including calibration.
Best regards,
Lorenzo

Is your EyeOne the "odd man out" on these measurements? ie: do you
have 3 instruments saying one thing, and this one is off by a
significant amount?
variation of dE > 4 between two identical instruments is a lot, in my
limited experience. Especially in light of the stated
specification. Were both of yours calibrated successfully on their
correct white targets?
