Have you more than one plug-in inserted? Is the matrix verb the first
mono->stereo plug-in in the chain?
I am using an audio unit 'audio file' generator set up with one
output channel, the matrix verb is loaded into the first effects
strip, hence my reason for thinking you've got things set up slightly
differently...
