That doesn't seem to make sense. Aren't .xibs an Xcode 3 feature, and doesn't Xcode 3 require Leopard? If so, the stationery in Xcode 3 could easily use .xib.

But Leopard -- Xcode 3 -- can easily be used to build projects targeted to Tiger. As well, Xcode 3 can open/build/edit Xcode 2.x projects without breaking compatibility.
