Yes they can: create two templates for each original one: one with
xibs and one with nibs, at least for the most popular ones. Saves us
from having to create them ourselves. :-) And if you fear that it
creates too many or confusing templates, group them in separately,
like the File dialog which has separate nodes for Carbon and Cocoa
under the Interface Builder templates. You could have "Xib based" and
"Nib based" subheadings so that we can nibble (or xible) away at the
ones we prefer.
