Ok, weird. Its there now. It wouldn't let me login with my my username (the part before the @ in my email address). That's how I've logged in so far, but this time it wouldn't let me log in unless I put my full email address. Now that I've done that, it logs me in and I see the issue.

OT: Did Apple change something to make the bug reporter site require you sign in with full email address (not just the username part)?
