Not that I know of. Created the one months ago to download XCode and the SDK's and such. That's it. I've been able to login with my Apple ID except for this afternoon. Now it requires full email address.

Is the bug reporter login id different from the developer tools login id?

If so, how was I able to login to the bug reporter to report the issue with my developer tools login id, and/or did it automatically create a new login for me specifically for the bug reporter using my email address?

I swear I logged into the bug reporter with just my ID after submitting that bug (but before today).
